What are you going to do?
Autarco is now looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join and lead our global sales and marketing effort. As the CCO, you are responsible for building our network of dealers across Europe as we expand our reach and roll out our unique proposition. As we scale our business rapidly, you will structure the sales and marketing teams and processes to maximize new customer growth, customer satisfaction and profitability.
Do you have management experience scaling companies with reseller networks rapidly, have a network of useful PV installers and want to have fun while we achieve great ambitions? Then this is the challenge for you.
• You will cover the entire customer experience, having direct responsibility for Sales & Marketing and working very closely with our After-sales Manager.
• Recruit, direct, motivate and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. Help them reach full potential.
• Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that successfully achieve business objectives.
• Define and improve processes with clear feedback loops for continued optimisation.
• Identify key markets, stay on top of emerging trends and provide input in to software and product offerings.
• Seek out major clients and meet personal sales targets. Lead the charge to drive new business and show the team how it is done.
What do you offer?
• You have strong leadership ability, with communication and interpersonal skills that inspire and motivate the team and peers
• Knowledge of the latest sales and marketing techniques with a strong understanding of software and technology
• Positive attitude with a real desire to help our customers achieve their ambition
• 10 years of experience in sales in a B2B environment building distribution or reseller networks
• 5 years of experience in solar PV. Preferably in hardware or software sales
• Proven record of scaling sales teams from 50mil to over 200mil revenue in short time frame
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Experience working in multiple countries
• Excellent English proficiency. Plus one other of Dutch, German or Spanish
• Preference for on-site work, but a willingness to spend minimum 8 days per month in our Eindhoven office
