This position will drive and own in the success of FIMER and sales of Photovoltaic (PV) Systems, Battery Storage and Chargers (E-mobility) across the Benelux region. With an existing and far reaching customer base, the Account Manager will nurture and revitalize current customers while determining, building and seeking out new relationships.
The Account Manager has ample room to grow and achieve through competitive, collaborative focus and work. A technical affinity and understanding are key. While a background in the solar inverter space is helpful, the role more critically requires a powerful and passionate sales mindset. They will communicate with commercial clients in technical settings. This position will require a candidate willing to become an expert and champion FIMER’s identity.
Through your studies and/or hands on experience, you discovered and strengthened an affinity toward technical subjects and maintain a strong understanding towards technically complex products. An experienced commercial or sales professional you possess sales drive, focused energy to achieve and the ability to close deals. You are self-motivated and are aware when to push yourself to develop with the changes in your organization.
The Account Manager at FIMER will know the product inside and out. Their ability to highlight the strengths and create trust with clients is absolutely critical. The ideal candidate is not a stranger to structure and priority setting, the freedom and independence of a sales role empowers them. This role demands a tactful, enthusiastic and capable salesperson with a knack for both internal communications and external interactions with stakeholders.
